Hank's First Haircut

A few months ago we took Hank to Abingdon to get his first haircut, courtesy of Kelly Hermann at Edelwiess Skin and Hair. I have known Kelly for a long time, her husband Max was my boss and owner of the wonderful Tavern of Abingdon.

They spent a few minutes sizing each other up. I have to admit I was a little nervous.

Kelly knows her stuff of course and she worked with Hank beautifully.

Hank loved looking at the pretty baby and Unabomber looking guy in the mirror.

And after awhile, Hank sort of began to enjoy his haircut.

The end result? I think it looks really good.
